Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

☐ The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
☐ The manuscript is within the Focus and Scope of ALINIER.
☐ The manuscript follows the official ALINIER Article Template and is 10–15 pages in length.
☐ The manuscript contains Indonesian and English abstracts, each not exceeding 150 words.
☐ The manuscript clearly presents the research gap, novelty, and main contribution.
☐ All figures and tables are properly numbered, titled, and cited in the text.
☐ Citations and references follow the IEEE Style and are consistently cited.
☐ The manuscript contains at least 15 relevant references, with at least 80% from journal articles.
☐ Ethical approval, author contribution, funding, conflict of interest, and AI statements are provided where applicable.
☐ All authors have approved the final manuscript and the author information is consistent with the submission metadata.

Author Guidelines

Authors are required to prepare manuscripts according to the ALINIER Author Guidelines and the official ALINIER Article Template. Manuscripts must be original, within the journal's scope, and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. The manuscript should be 10–15 pages, use A4 paper size, and follow the prescribed formatting and manuscript structure.

ALINIER uses the IEEE citation and reference style. References should be relevant to the topic and scope of the journal, with preference given to recent primary scholarly sources. Authors are encouraged to use at least 15 relevant references, with at least 80% from journal articles.

Authors must ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list and vice versa. Authors should also comply with the journal's requirements concerning originality, authorship, ethical approval where applicable, funding, conflict of interest, author contributions, and disclosure of AI-assisted technologies.
